We're a senior-led studio that works directly with founders and leadership — in the room where decisions are made, not waiting for the brief to come down. Selective enough to stay close to the work. Experienced enough to shape it.
Maxwell Design Co was built on a simple belief: there must be a better way to do this.
The brands we create aren't just aesthetic exercises — they're built to support real growth. MDCo is intentionally different — lean, senior-led, focused on depth over volume. No unnecessary complexity. No overbuilt teams. Just clear thinking and direct collaboration.
After 20+ years inside agencies and creative teams, Amy saw how quickly great work gets diluted — by process, by too many voices, by teams stretched too thin. The best ideas get lost. The sharpest thinking gets softened.
